Project Update | NKL's Custom 3-Meter Automatic Vacuum Block Moulding Machine Nears Completion for New Zealand Customer

NKL is pleased to share the latest production progress from our manufacturing facility in Zhangjiagang, China.

A customized 3-meter Automatic Vacuum EPS Block Moulding Machine for our long-term customer, Mr. Sam from Auckland, New Zealand, is currently in the final stage of manufacturing.

Designed according to the customer's production requirements, the machine features a 3-meter adjustable mould length, advanced vacuum technology, automatic control, and high-efficiency production performance, providing excellent flexibility for manufacturing various sizes of EPS blocks with outstanding quality and energy efficiency.

According to the current production schedule:

· ✔ Mechanical manufacturing is progressing smoothly.

· ✔ Factory assembly and commissioning will be completed by mid-July 2026.

· ✔ The machine is scheduled for shipment to Auckland, New Zealand before the end of July 2026.

· ✔ NKL's experienced engineers will travel to New Zealand in September 2026 to carry out on-site installation, commissioning, operator training, and technical support.
