NKL Successfully Completes Final Testing of 3D Panel produce line for Brazil Project

NKL has successfully completed the final factory testing of its latest Automatic 3D Panel produce line, which is now ready for shipment to a customer in Brazil.

During the factory acceptance testing process, NKL’s engineering team carefully inspected the machine’s welding performance, operating stability, production efficiency, control system, and overall running condition. The equipment performed smoothly and met the required technical standards for shipment.

This 3D Panel Welding Machine is designed for the production of EPS 3D wire mesh panels, which are widely used in modern construction, wall systems, insulation projects, and prefabricated building applications. With automatic mesh feeding, precise welding, PLC control, and stable operation, the machine helps customers improve production efficiency, reduce labor costs, and maintain consistent product quality.

The successful completion of this testing marks another important step in NKL’s international project delivery. After packing and loading, the machine will be shipped to Brazil, where it will support the customer’s local EPS 3D panel production project.
