Product Details
1. This machine uses PLC and touch screen to control mold opening, mold closing, feeding, atomization, heat preservation, vacuum cooling, mold release and discharge;
2. This machine adopts vacuum system and high-efficiency condensing device to improve molding speed and reduce water content. The machine with vacuum support is very effective for making high-density and thick blocks;
3. The machine is welded with high-quality profile steel, and the product density is high after thermal evaluation;
4. The advanced molding technology is applicable to the production of high-density and low-density blocks to ensure the consistency of internal and external quality.
5 The surface of the mold cavity is coated with polytetrafluoroethylene, which ensures that the block is easy to disassemble and has a good finish.
