Main features
1. The machine adopts PLC control system to ensure the motorcycle production of the machine.
2 The maintenance of pipeline system is simpler.
3. The same 2.2KW high pressure fan is used for charging and discharging materials, which greatly improves the charging and discharging speed of materials and reduces energy consumption.
4. The material door adopts the common crank connecting rod motion gear, which increases the material space and improves the material speed.
5. With closed expansion chamber, the atomization efficiency is high and steam is saved. The steam saving is more than 50% more than that of the previous continuous expander.
6 This machine is equipped with a high-efficiency high-temperature fluidized bed dryer, which automatically dries the materials into the pre-expander through fluidization, automatic screening, emptying and conveying the materials to the silo.
7 Most parts used in the machine are well-known brands at home and abroad to ensure the stability, reliability and long service life of the machine.
