● MAIN FEATURES

(1) Steam and air system: steam pressure reducing valve, closed expansion chamber to save steam and increase heating efficiency.

(2) Feeding system: uses a weighing system, setting the feed weight on the HMI for automatic feeding of EPS materials, improving production efficiency.

(3) The machines adopt a PLC control system, ensuring automatic machine cycle production.

(4) The machine has automatic fluidization drying, automatic screening, exhaust, and material transport to silos.

(5) Adopts a photo sensor to control the expansion level.

(6) A temperature sensor is adopted; the HMI directly displays the temperature of the expansion chamber.

(7) The second expansion silo adopts an anti-rotation level switch to achieve automatic feeding.
