NKL provides integrated EPS block and sheet production solutions for manufacturing EPS blocks, insulation sheets and other cut EPS products.
The production process covers raw material pre-expansion, aging, block molding, block aging, cutting and recycling. Steam, compressed air and cooling water systems can also be incorporated into the overall factory configuration.
The production line can be configured according to the customer's required block size, product density, production capacity, cutting requirements and available factory space.
