The machine shreds EPS and XPS scraps into smaller pieces. It then melts them with the first screw and extrudes them into PS noodles with the second.
Next, the material is washed with water, dehydrated, and cut into PS granules.
These PS granules are the 100% raw material for the production line of PS moldings, picture frames, XPS panels, and PS fast food containers. This pelletizer directly transforms EPS and XPS scraps into PS granules.
