EPS Continuous Cutting Line

(1) Fully automatic horizontal wire adjustment system

(2) EPS block flip system and automatic alignment system

(3) Vibration cutting system, increases cutting speed by 30% (horizontal and vertical cutting)

(4) All parts are controlled by HMI and PLC system

(5) Three cutting methods: horizontal cutting, vertical cutting, and top-down cutting Horizontal and vertical cutting can be done during block movement.

Three blocks will be cut at the same time.

(6) The flip system is vertical; we will provide a section of the conveyor line before the flip system is controlled by the hydraulic system.

(7) Automatic wire adjustment will be in all three cutting directions.
