● MAIN FEATURES

(1) All templates are welded from high-strength steel plates, processed by high temperature annealing, heat treatment; surface de-rusted by sandblast and hot dip ZINK and anti -rust painting With machine machine leg , conveyor, Keep control control down , which will keep very stable foundation with fast hydraulic speed. What is more, The extra platform is not required

(2) The machine adopts GP1000 steam reducer ,DN 80 electrical PID Pressure setting for accurate and fast steaming

(3) sealing system- all fast plug are closely sealed with liquid sealant, and the PU pipes are replaced by Telfon air tubes and nylon air tube ,prolonged service life,and saves energy with little air leakage.

(4) Add PID control for filling guns blowing air and pressure fillings

(5) add Electrical host and S.s product motor conveyor

(6) set protection system for suddenly power off, and inter-middle restart process.

(7) Keep S.S film and water spray on the top for vacuum system ,Which will increase the efficiency too much ,

(8) Keep big Oil tank ,meanwhile Setting water cooling Or air cooling for hydraulic tank. Which will give stable movement.
