Project Update | NKL Customized 4-Meter Adjustable EPS Block Moulding Machine Nears Completion for Brazil Customer

NKL is pleased to share the latest production progress from our manufacturing facility in Zhangjiagang, China.

A customized 4-meter adjustable EPS Block Moulding Machine for our long-term customer in Pernambuco, Brazil has now completed approximately 90% of the manufacturing work and has entered the final assembly and commissioning stage.

This project is specially designed according to the customer's production requirements. The machine features a 4-meter mould length, adjustable height design, stable mechanical structure, efficient steam heating system, and advanced control technology, helping the customer improve production flexibility, block quality, and overall production efficiency.

In addition to the block moulding machine, the customer has also ordered NKL's Batch EPS Pre-expander and Continuous EPS Pre-expander, forming a more complete EPS production solution for their local manufacturing facility.

According to the current production schedule, the full equipment testing is expected to be completed before July 10, 2026, and the machines are planned to be loaded and shipped to Brazil in mid-July.

To ensure smooth project implementation, NKL’s Brazil-based technical team will provide on-site installation assistance, commissioning support, and technical guidance after the equipment arrives at the customer's factory.
