Project Overview

This Project presents one of NKL’s turnkey EPS factory projects in Brazil, completed for TERMOVALE during 2010–2011.The project covered the complete process from factory planning and equipment manufacturing in China to shipment, on-site installation, commissioning and successful production in Brazil.

Oct. 15, 2010 — Visit NKL’s Paraguay Project → Oct. 22 — Contract Signed →Nov. 15 — Factory Layout → Nov.–Dec. — Manufacturing → Dec. 29 — Main Equipment Loading → Jan. 31, 2011 — Raw Material & Mold Shipment→ Apr. 1 — Installation → May 4 — Successful Start-Up

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

Turnkey EPS Factory Solution

Complete project support from factory layout planning and equipment manufacturing to installation, commissioning and production start-up.

Customized Factory Layout

Production layout confirmed on November 15, 2010, based on TERMOVALE’s factory conditions and production requirements.

Complete EPS Production Equipment

Supplied EPS pre-expansion, molding, cutting, storage and related auxiliary systems for the new production facility.

Multiple Shipments to Brazil

Main equipment, auxiliary systems, molds and EPS raw materials were manufactured, packed and shipped from China to Brazil.

On-Site Installation & Commissioning

NKL engineers provided technical support at the TERMOVALE factory for equipment installation, mold setup, system commissioning and operator training.

Successful Production Start-Up

The complete EPS production system was successfully commissioned and put into operation in May 2011.
