March 21, 2016 ,Order confirmed → April 2016 ,Complete EPS factory layout and engineering design →June 16, 2016, Factory Acceptance Test completed at NKL →June 23, 2016 ,EPS equipment loaded and shipped to Chile → October&November 2016, On-site installation and commissioning at CINTAC → November 30, 2016, First EPS block successfully produced→ March 20, 2017, Customer follow-up visit→ September 29, 2025 ,NKL returned to CINTAC for technical follow-up

Customized Factory Layout
Production layout confirmed on November 15, 2010, based on TERMOVALE’s factory conditions and production requirements.
Complete EPS Production Equipment
Supplied EPS pre-expansion, molding, cutting, storage and related auxiliary systems for the new production facility.
Multiple Shipments to Brazil
Main equipment, auxiliary systems, molds and EPS raw materials were manufactured, packed and shipped from China to Brazil.
On-Site Installation & Commissioning
NKL engineers provided technical support at the TERMOVALE factory for equipment installation, mold setup, system commissioning and operator training.
Successful Production Start-Up
The complete EPS production system was successfully commissioned and put into operation in May 2011.
